He clarified that the Delhi government covers the cost of uniforms and stationery for EWS students and stated that charging students for these items is both unethical and illegal. Sood emphasized that the new 9-point guidelines are now an official order, replacing the previous circular, and schools must comply. A nodal officer has been appointed to handle complaints, which can be reported via email or through the helpline number 9818154069. Additionally, provisions under the BNS law are being considered for police action against violators.
