Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu on Thursday narrowly avoided a train mishap while inspecting floodwaters on a railway track in Madhuranagar in Vijaywada.
Officials and Telugu Desam members alerted the train driver in time, slowing down the train. Naidu, under Z+ security due to past threats, was unharmed during the incident, according to reports.

The incident occurred while Naidu and his team walked near a railway track to observe a waterlogged stream beneath it. A train suddenly approached from the opposite direction and forcing Naidu and his team members to move out of its path quickly. Once the train passed, the team continued their inspection.
