At least four people were killed and several other were left injured as a bus and tempo collided on the Purvanchal Expressway in Uttar Pradesh on Sunday.
A bus travelling from Chhattisgarh to Ayodhya broke and was undergoing repairs when a Tempo Traveller, headed towards Ayodhya, collided with it, ANI reported.
Three people died on the spot while one succumbed to his injuries while being taken to the hospital.
SP Dinesh Kumar Singh informed that the passengers are being dispatched by other vehicles and those in critical condition were sent to the Trauma Centre.
Further investigation is underway.
