West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee recently lashed out at Leader of Opposition Suvendu Adhikari over his controversial remark on Muslim MLAs

Leader of Opposition in the West Bengal Assembly, Suvendu Adhikari, said Chief Minister Mamata Mamata Banerjee made "sloppy" comments during her meeting with London's business community.

"She (Mamata) is jogging (frontward & backward) in Hyde Park with her entourage and enjoying her time. However while meeting the Business Community, she made many sloppy comments, some funny while some are absolutely outrageous," said Adhikari on X.

Banerjee was seen recently spotted jogging in London’s Hyde Park, wearing a white saree with a green border and her signature white slippers. She described the jog as a "warm up" while wearing a black cardigan and shawl to combat the cold. A video has gone viral of Banerjee, known to be a fitness enthusiast, walking backwards too at Hyde Park. This is now amplified in social media as retro walking.

Adhikari accused the CM of trying to "undermine India' in her speech. ".... as if she was giving a political speech trying to diminish the BJP ruled Central Govt. I am not even pointing to the plethora of lies she told on stage along with fake imaginary data she presented (which can be fact checked easily in today's day and age),"said the BJP leader. "This is a trailer of her gaffes, lies, comedy and other things which she is busy with in the UK".

In his post Adhikari also attached clips of Banerjee's jogging and her address in London. Banerjee is expected to address a packed hall in Oxford University's Kellogg College on Thursday evening.
