The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) announced on Tuesday that it has started selling tickets for the Surajkund Mela through its mobile app and at metro stations.
The 38th Surajkund International Crafts Mela will be held in Haryana’s Faridabad from February 7 to 23.
The tickets can now be purchased using the DMRC Momentum 2.0 app, at any metro station, as well as at designated ticket counters at the Mela venue.
This follows an agreement made between DMRC and Haryana Tourism Corporation on December 13, 2024. The new system aims to make ticket sales easier and more convenient for Mela visitors.
On the weekdays, the ticket prices are Rs 120, while on the weekends they are Rs 180. Offline tickets will also be available at metro stations from Friday until February 23 between 9 am and 6 pm, and at the Mela venue.
DMRC is managing 10 parking lots for both two-wheelers and four-wheelers. Additionally, a special parking area for buses has been set up to help group travellers access the event more easily.
