Russian President Vladimir Putin is expected to arrive in Tianjin today for the SCO Summit, hosted by Chinese President Xi Jinping and attended by over 20 world leaders.
In an interview with China’s state news agency Xinhua, Putin said the summit would “strengthen the SCO’s capacity to respond to contemporary challenges and threats” and “help shape a fairer multipolar world order.”
