PM Modi to join BJP karyakartas for Kolkata rally: 'Public anger against TMC is growing...'

Meanwhile, PM Modi will be visiting West Bengal on August 22 to attend several programmes focused on enhancing commerce, connectivity, and the 'Ease of Living'.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday said that he will be joining Bharatiya Janata Party's rally in Kolkata. "I am eager to be among @BJP4Bengal Karyakartas at a rally in Kolkata," the Prime Minister wrote.

He also said, "With each passing day, public anger against the TMC is increasing. West Bengal is eagerly looking towards the BJP with hope because of our development agenda."

Meanwhile, PM Modi will be visiting West Bengal on August 22 to attend several programmes focused on enhancing commerce, connectivity, and the 'Ease of Living'.

During his visit to West Bengal, PM Modi will lay the foundation stone and inaugurate multiple development projects worth over Rs 5,200 crore. He will also flag off metro train services on the newly constructed sections in Kolkata.

Furthermore, the Prime Minister will also lay the foundation stone of 7.2 kilometre 7.2-kilometre-long six-lane elevated Kona Expressway worth over 1,200 crore rupees. This initiative will enhance connectivity between Howrah, the surrounding rural areas, and Kolkata.
