Consumers seeking a fresh LPG connection can apply online or through their nearest distributor of Indane, Bharat Gas or HP Gas.

Step-by-step process:

Registration: Fill out the connection form online via company websites or the government’s SAHAJ (e-SV) portal, or visit a local distributor.

KYC submission: Upload or submit photo ID and address proof such as Aadhaar, PAN, voter ID, passport, driving licence, or utility bill.

Verification & payment: Once documents are verified, the distributor schedules delivery of the cylinder, regulator, hose and consumer book. Payment can be made digitally.

Applicants must also pay a refundable security deposit for the cylinder and regulator, along with charges for the first refill and accessories.
