PM Modi was replying to the discussion in Rajya Sabha on the Motion of Thanks on the President’s address

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday replied on the motion of thanks debate in Rajya Sabha, two days after his fiery speech in the Lok Sabha. In his address, PM Modi trained his guns on the Congress and its politics of appeasement, contrasting it with BJP's commitment of putting the nation first.
