Mukesh Ambani salutes PM Modi on Operation Sindoor success: 'Shining testament to his steely resolve'

Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani on Friday began his speech at the Rising Northest Investors Summit by saluting Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the resounding success of Operation Sindoor.

"Let me begin by saluting PM Narendra Modi for the resounding success of Operation Sindoor. This success is a shining testament to his steely resolve and to the unmatched bravery of our armed forces," Mukesh Ambani said. PM Modi was also present at the summit.

Mukesh Ambani had earlier hailed the exemplary valour shown by the Indian armed forced during Operation Sindoor.

“Under the bold and decisive leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Indian Armed Forces have responded with precision and power to every provocation from across the border. Prime Minister Modi’s leadership has demonstrated that India will never remain silent in the face of terror and that we will not tolerate a single attack on our soil, on our civilians, or on the brave men and women who defend our nation. The last few days have shown that every threat to our peace will be met with firm and decisive action," the RIL chairman had said on May 8.

India had struck nine terror sites in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) on May 7 in retaliation to the Pahalgam terror attack.

The operation, codenamed "Sindoor", was aimed at dismantling the terror infrastructure of outfits like Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Muhammed in Pakistan. Defence minister Rajnath Singh said that nearly 100 terrorists were killed in the strikes.
