Ahead of the Bihar assembly elections, state BJP chief Dilip Jaiswal on Saturday said that the central leadership of the party will make important announcements regarding seat sharing and tickets at 11 am on Sunday.
This comes amid reports of seat-sharing tussle between NDA allies in Bihar.
"Everything is fine in the NDA... seat-sharing arrangements and the list of candidates will soon be decided by the party's central leadership, which will make important announcements related to seat sharing and tickets at 11 am on Sunday," Jaiswal said, PTI reported.
The senior BJP leader dismissed speculations about rumblings of discontent among NDA constituents in the state.
Earlier in the day, the senior leadership of BJP, including Home Minister Amit Shah, huddled at party chief JP Nadda's residence to reportedly hold seat-sharing discussion and ticket distribution discussion.
The Bihar assembly elections are scheduled to be held in November 2025 on all 243 seats. Voting will be held in two phases – November 6 and 11 – while the counting will be held on November 14.
