Haryana Cabinet Minister Vipul Goel criticized AAP leader and former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, accusing him of turning the water-sharing dispute into a political issue, asserting that Haryana has supplied Punjab with more water than its due share.

Speaking at the Powering Bharat event, Goel said, "Haryana has given more water to Punjab than their share."

“Kejriwal should focus more on the development of Punjab rather than indulging in petty politics over water,” he said, calling for a shift from blame games.

Addressing environmental concerns, Goel praised the efforts of Haryana’s farmers in combating pollution.

“Farmers in Haryana have made contributed a lot to prevent stubble burning,” he stated. “It is mainly being done by Punjab farmers"
