Congress is such a parasitic party that swallows its allies. Congress wants to make such a country where people hate their own heritage, doubt their national institutions, wants to tarnish the image of everything that the countrymen are proud of. Haryana Election Results Live: How BJP defied the odds in Haryana

The BJP looks set for a historic third straight term in Haryana, defying all exit poll predictions that projected a near-sweep by the Congress. Coming into elections with the baggage of a decade-long anti-incumbency, a below-par performance in the Lok Sabha and a relentless Opposition campaign, the BJP appears to have managed to hold its own in the face of adversaries. The trends, if they hold and convert into results, would mean that the issues such as 'Jat anger', and resentment against the government over the Agnipath scheme, the farmers' agitation and the wrestlers' protest failed to have any impact on voters. The vote share of the BJP, which currently hovers around 39% is higher than the 36.49% votes it polled in 2019.
