    Few of the banks faced UPI connectivity issues, worked with them to ensure quick resolution: NPCI

    NPCI on Thursday said few banks faced internal technical problems on Thursday evening which led to UPI users facing difficulties in making payments.

    "Regret inconvenience on intermittent UPI connectivity issues as few of the banks were having some internal technical problems . NPCI systems have been working fine and we have worked with these banks to ensure quick resolution," NPCI posted on X.

    Several users reported that they were unable to use UPI apps like Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and other leading platforms to complete transactions.
