Tesla CEO Elon Musk has endorsed Rajya Sabha member Priyanka Chaturvedi's remark that the blame for grooming gangs in UK should not fall on Asians but just "one rogue nation" which is Pakistan.
"Repeat after me, they aren’t ASIAN Grooming Gangs but PAKISTANI grooming gangs. Why should Asians take the fall for one absolute rogue nation?" Chaturvedi, who is part of Shiv Sena (UBT), said on X.
Musk responded to the post by saying "true". Later, Chaturvedi attached a screenshot of Musk's reply to her post, saying "Ok".
Chaturvedi’s comments came amid a heated Parliamentary debate in UK, where the opposition Conservative party are trying to press for a new national inquiry into the widespread sexual abuse of predominantly white British girls by men of mostly Pakistani descent.

The abuse, which has spanned several decades, has been a focal point of the ongoing debate.
Over the last few days, Musk has lashed out at UK PM Keir Starmer repeatedly over the scandal and called for his resignation as well as a national probe.
Starmer, who served as head of the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) between 2008 and 2013, claimed responsibility for bringing the first prosecution of an Asian grooming gang during his tenure.
Priyanka Chaturvedi's post on X was in response to Starmer’s statement mentioning "Asia" instead of "Pakistan".
Earlier this week, Starmer denounced the spread of "lies and misinformation" surrounding the issue, including criticism of his handling of the matter when he was in charge of the CPS.
