Officials told NDTV that most of the passengers waiting outside and sitting inside the train were to get down at Prayagraj to attend the Maha Kumbh Mela.

The Prayagraj police on Tuesday released a fresh traffic advisory for in and around the city in view of Maghi Purnima snan on Wednesday. Elaborate instructions have been given the authorities to ensure smooth traffic management.
