Congress full list of candidates for Delhi Elections 2025: Having lost its footprint in Delhi, a territory it dominated until the Sheila Dikshit-led Congress government faced a crushing defeat at the hands of the Aam Aadmi Party, the coming Delhi elections will be nothing short of a survival battle for the grand old party. The past two Assembly elections in the capital saw the Congress draw a blank and the party will be desperate for a revival of its fortunes this time.
The elections come eight months after the Lok Sabha elections and will see the Congress take on its INDIA bloc partner, the AAP, after contesting the general elections in an alliance with Delhi's ruling party. Elections in Delhi will be held in a single phase on February 5 and the results will be declared on February 8.
