Lok Sabha was adjourned for the third time on Tuesday after LoP Rahul Gandhi made remarks on India-China border conflict. “In eastern Ladakh there was a conflict. Our soldiers were killed,” Rahul Gandhi said. This triggered an uproar from the NDA leaders as the speaker said that he has requested the LoP to speak on President's speech. The speaker moved ahead and invited the next MP to speak, denying Rahul Gandhi the chance to complete his statement. As chaos ensued, the House was adjourned.

Lok Sabha adjourned till 3 pm after BJP MPs objected to LoP Rahul Gandhi raising the issue of China during the debate on the motion of thanks to the President's address.

Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju says, "Discussion is ongoing on the President's Address...It began well in Lok Sabha. But just because of Rahul Gandhi, the entire debate yesterday was disrupted...There was a good debate in Rajya Sabha too...It is not good that the discussion in Lok Sabha was disrupted due to one individual. May he have some wisdom. I hope he will mend his ways today...He doesn't articulate well in debates but he should not harm others. There are several MPs in Congress and the Opposition who debate well, give good suggestions and want to speak, their time is also being wasted due to Rahul Gandhi..."

The NDA leaders on Tuesday felicitated Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the Parliamentary party meet for the historic India-US trade deal and the massive cut in US reciprocal tariffs. The celebration followed Modi’s success in finalising a trade deal with US President Donald Trump.

On India-US trade agreement, Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Priyanka Chaturvedi says, "The US-India trade agreement was important. It had been stalled for so long, and India had become the country with the highest tariffs. They've now brought them down to 18%, which I welcome... But the way we have brought tariffs and trade barriers down to zero... we agree to buy Venezuelan oil, stop buying Iranian oil, and stop buying Russian oil... Then, the trade barriers on agricultural goods have been removed from our markets... it is not what the Indians expected... what has come from Trump's side doesn't seem like a win-win situation at all."
