Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath praised Operation Sindoor on Saturday, highlighting India’s military strength and the significant message it conveys globally.

"You must have seen a glimpse of the BrahMos missile during Operation Sindoor. If you haven't, just ask the people of Pakistan about the power of the BrahMos missile," he remarked.

He made these statements at the inauguration of the BrahMos testing and production unit in Lucknow on Sunday.

Adityanath echoed Prime Minister Narendra Modi's firm stance against terrorism: "PM Narendra Modi has declared that any act of terrorism in the future will be considered an act of war. The issue of terrorism cannot be resolved until it is completely eradicated. To eliminate terrorism, we must all unite and fight together under PM Narendra Modi's leadership. Terrorism will never respond to the language of love; it must be confronted on its own terms. Through Operation Sindoor, India has sent a strong message to the entire world."

He further stated that the BrahMos manufacturing facility in Lucknow will not only enhance India's production capabilities but will also export missiles to friendly nations, thereby boosting the nation’s economic strength.

Additionally, he mentioned that seven ancillary units are being established alongside the BrahMos plant, and the private defense firm PTC Industries, also located in Lucknow, is expanding rapidly.
