The groom's father, Mukesh Ambani, chairman and managing director of Reliance Industries, welcomed all the guests and emphasised on the "Atithi Devo Bhava" tradition.

Dr Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, MD and CEO of Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), also joined them.

Sportspersons including Tim David, Saina Nehwal, Zahir Khan and Hardik Pandya have arrived in Jamnagar to participate in the pre-wedding events which will begin today.
