Hyderabad-based Stonecraft Group has launched a plotted development project in Patancheru area of Hyderabad, the company said.
Patancheru is becoming one of the most promising micro-markets of Hyderabad due to its strategic location, affordability, and growing infrastructure. Patancheru is also near the Outer Ring Road (ORR) and National Highway 65, which provide easy access to different parts of the city.
The project, which is named as “Woods Indresham”, is spread across 32-acres and will offer 305 plots. These plots will range in size from 267 square yards to 587 square yards. The company anticipates a top-line of Rs 250 crores from this project.
The starting price of these plots is Rs 80 lakh. Nestled between lush greens, the project’s key highlight is a one-acre mango grove. The project also offers a two-acre Miyawaki forest and seven acres of open spaces, the company said.
Kirthi Chilukuri, Founder & Managing Director of Stonecraft Group said that the project is an offering that blends nature-inspired design and eco-friendly infrastructure with the natural environment.
“With this plotted development project, we aim to set new benchmarks in biophilic real estate, redefining community living with an emphasis on well-being, connectivity, and sustainability,” he said.
Stonecraft Group has also recently forayed into assisted living or senior living.
