    Moneycontrol BureauShares of Poly Medicure touched 52-week high of Rs 448.75, rises 12 percent intraday Tuesday as the company is going to consider issue of bonus shares.The company's board meeting will be held on February 06, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2016.The company will also consider declaration of second interim dividend, to the equity shareholders of the company for the current financial year 2016-17.And issue of bonus shares, subject to approval of shareholders to be obtained in this behalf.At 09:25 hrs Poly Medicure was quoting at Rs 444, up Rs 46.85, or 11.80 percent.Posted by Rakesh Patil
