Petronet LNG had an announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change in Management regarding joining of Shri Roopesh Kumar Tiwari as Executive Director (HR) in the company on September 22, 2025.
The company announced a final dividend of Rs 3 per share (30%) on May 19, 2025, with an effective date of July 04, 2025.
