NBCC share price rose nearly 2 percent in the early trade on March 18 after the company received an order worth Rs 44.62 crore from Mahatma Gandhi Institute for Rural Industrialisation (MGIRI), Wardha.
At 09:33am, NBCC (India) was quoting at Rs 79.17, up Rs 1.28, or 1.64 percent, on the BSE.
The company is project management consultant (PMC) for the construction & development of infrastructure at MGIRI and Hostel & VIP Guest House at MGIRI, Wardha to be undertaken under EPC mode.

The company on February 12 received orders from the Government of Mizoram for planning, designing and implementing three hydro projects. These include building a dam on the River Mat, a multipurpose rainwater harnessing dam in Champhai district and a dual mini-dam at Vantawng, Thenzaw.
On February 11, the company reported a 25 percent year-on-year rise in net profit to Rs 138 crore for the quarter which ended on December 31, 2024. Its revenue from operations stood jumped 17 percent at Rs 2,827 crore.
The company also announced an interim dividend of Rs 0.53 apiece for the current financial year.
In February, company received a project worth Rs 170.33 crore from the Central University of Punjab, Bathinda, to plan, design and develop infrastructure facilities and other related works within its campus. It has also received a Rs 102-crore project from the Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) for several construction works in Assam, Meghalaya and Nagaland.
