Idea continues to zoom on merger talks, why are analysts wary?

Credit Suisse has an underperform rating on Bharti Airtel and Idea Cellular. The brokerage firm says that the merged entity would become the largest telecom company in the country but anti-trust restrictions would require the merged entity to let go off some subscription and revenues.
