HDFC Securities takes down article on PG Electroplast, offers apology

HDFC Securities has taken down an article on PG Electroplast after the company reached out to the brokerage highlighting the inaccuracies in the article.

The article titled "PG Electroplast in Limelight After Red Flags in Financial Health Raise Warnings" was published on the HDFC Sky platform on December 05, 2025.

The brokerage, upon reviewing the request from PG Electroplast, noticed certain "unintentional glitches" in the article. Subsequently, the brokerage took down the article from its SKY Platform on December 8.

HDFC Securities apologized to PGEL and its stakeholders for the inconvenience caused.

The company has no undisclosed material developments concerning its financial health, business operations, or expansion plans, PG Electroplast said in the exchange filing.

The company's audited financial statements and quarterly results, which are publicly available, accurately represent the financial position of the Company and have been

prepared in accordance with applicable accounting standards, it added.
