GE Vernova shares gain on bagging 3 orders worth Rs 500 crore from Power Grid Corp

GE Vernova T&D India share price trade higher in the early trade on March 5 after the company received three orders from Power Grid Corporation approximately Rs 500 crore.

At 09:22am, GE Vernova TD India was quoting at Rs 1,377.70, up Rs 17.70, or 1.30 percent, on the BSE.

The order is for supply and installation of transformers and reactors under bulk procurement, to be executed within 36 months.

The company posted net profit of Rs 142.68 crore in the quarter ended December 2024 against Rs 49.35 crore in December 2023.

The share touched a 52-week high of Rs 2,215.70 and a 52-week low of Rs 801.00 on 23 December, 2024 and 20 March, 2024, respectively.

Currently, the stock is trading 37.82 percent below its 52-week high and 72 percent above its 52-week low.

The share price gained more than 46 percent in the last one-year.
