Ashwani Gujral of ashwanigujral.com told CNBC-TV18, "Housing & Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) is basically a flat stock. It is between Rs 80 and Rs 90, done totally nothing. So, this could be a good time to get off and hold some cash. And as stocks come off, the good NBFCs like Bajaj Finance or L&T Finance, etc. they will come off and at some point bottom out. So maybe one can get into a better NBFC than HUDCO."
Housing & Urban Development Corporation ended at Rs 81.30, down Rs 0.90, or 1.09 percent.
The share touched its 52-week high Rs 102.35 and 52-week low Rs 60.00 on 14 July, 2017 and 18 May, 2017, respectively.
Currently, it is trading 20.57 percent below its 52-week high and 35.5 percent above its 52-week low.
