DCB Bank shares rose more than 2 percent intraday Friday as the company is going to raise funds via issue of securities.A meeting of board of directors of the company will be held on March 07, to consider and approve, issue of securities/shares, including issue of securities/shares to qualified institutional buyers.The trading window of the company stands closed from closure of the working hours of March 02, 2017, and the same shall be re-opened, 48 hours after conclusion of the board meeting. At 09:40 hrs DCB Bank was quoting at Rs 154.20, up Rs 1.60, or 1.05 percent on the BSE.
