Ceigall India Limited (544223) is diversifying into renewable energy, securing two Letters of Intent (LOIs) from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Limited (MSEDCL) for 337 MW of solar power procurement.
The company will establish grid-connected solar power projects across Maharashtra through tariff-based competitive bidding. The project falls under the Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana 2.0.

Ceigall India, primarily an infrastructure EPC company specializing in structural works like elevated roads, flyovers, and bridges, divides its operations into EPC and hybrid annuity model (HAM) projects.
