Buy NHPC, says Ashu Madan

Ashu Madan of Religare Securities told CNBC-TV18, "NHPC has been a boring stock for quite some time. It is neither high beta nor it has spiked either way to give any kind of excitement to the investor or a trader. But having said that, I still feel that now the time has probably come that it is on the cusp of maybe breaking out on the upside."

"I am getting some kind of uncanny signals. So it is a safe stock to be in at this price. Lesser beta stock is generally sager on both sides. But I would suggest to buy at the current level price, average it out, buy some more quantity and hold it."

"I am certain that probably some kind of action is around the corner. So I would say at this price, add on some more holdings, wait for some time and things should move in your favour," he said.
