Reliance Industries touched an intraday high of Rs 839.90 and an intraday low of Rs 835. At 09:34 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 838, up Rs 10.10, or 1.22%.

The company is going to ink deal with UTV Software to acquire content for its telecom operations, reports The Economic Times.
 
It was trading with volumes of 556,867 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed up 3.30% or Rs 26.45 at Rs 827.90.

However, At 09:37 hrs UTV share was quoting at Rs 963.00, up Rs 9.15, or 0.96%.
