Crompton Greaves will remain in Rs 155-200 range: Vora

Crompton Greaves will remain in Rs 155-200 range, says Amisha Vora, Joint Managing Director, Prabhudas Lilladher.

Vora told CNBc-TV18, "In Crompton Greaves there is a series of events, which has happened in last quarter, which includes a very optimistic or not very optimistic, but a reasonably optimistic initial impressions from the management and then a sudden collapse in the numbers and in between whatever some of the non-core investments done by the management has really shaken the investor population and the kind of premium valuation that they are getting, I think for sometime they will not be getting it."

She further added, "They will have to really once again show that consistency because of which within the sector in which they are, they were getting extremely premium and rich valuation. So we think that the stock has quite sometime before it comes back into favour and it is not just that one quarter of good numbers will give them that premium or rich valuations back. So we feel that stock will continue to remain between Rs 155 to Rs 200 levels for some more time."
