    Varun Industries touched a 52-week high of Rs 262.90. At 11:50 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 259.35, up Rs 13.60, or 5.53%.


    The company's Madagascar arm is in MoU with PSU under atomic energy department. The company will sell 0.5 mtpa rare earth to PSU in 8-10 months, reports CNBC-TV18.
     
    It was trading with volumes of 1,132,869 shares, compared to its 5-day average of 543,954 shares, an increase of 108.27%.
