On valuation basis Oil marketing companies may remain cheap for some more time, says Amit Rustagi, Oil & Gas Analyst, Antique Stock Broking.
Rustagi told CNBC-TV18, "OMCs are always at the receiving end and you need to work out their earnings only at the end of the year. But if you look at these OMCs they look cheap on the book value basis, they have lot of investments in other companies. So excluding value of investment they are trading at roughly 0.8 to 1 time book which is cheap and they have been trading in this band.
