    Jaiprakash Associates has launched FCCB issue of upto USD 200 million. Barclays Bank and Standard Chartered Bank jointly lead managers for the offer, reports CNBC-TV18.


    At 09:19 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 65.80, down Rs 4.65, or 6.60%. It touched an intraday high of Rs 69.50 and an intraday low of Rs 65.25.
     
    It was trading with volumes of 542,357 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed down 3.43% or Rs 2.50 at Rs 70.45.


    The company's trailing 12-month (TTM) EPS was at Rs 5.48 per share. (Jun, 2012). The stock's price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio was 12.27. The latest book value of the company is Rs 48.07 per share. At current value, the price-to-book value of the company was 1.4. The dividend yield of the company was 1.19%.
