Piramal Healthcare is looking to acquire contract research and manufacturing business of Ind-Swift facilities for Rs 1000 crore, reports Business Standard.

Piramal Healthcare touched an intraday high of Rs 468.00 and an intraday low of Rs 459.15. At 09:22 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 461.25, up Rs 4.10, or 0.90%. It was trading with volumes of 1,264 shares.

Ind-Swift Laboratories touched an intraday high of Rs 59.40 and an intraday low of Rs 53.10. At 09:22 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 59.10, up Rs 7.85, or 15.32%.
 
It was trading with volumes of 368,402 shares, compared to its 5-day average of 119,746 shares, an increase of 207.65%.
