Buy SpiceJet. Aviation sector has shown great strength in last 3-4 trading sessions. Both the listed airlines that is Jet Airways and SpiceJet are significantly up in the last two trading sessions. Considering that there is lot of news floating around SpiceJet about a tie-up with Qatar Airways, it may be a big booster for the stock going forward. It is again available at very cheap valuations. Henceforth, I believe another 10-15 percent upside in immediate term is possible.

Buy Tilaknagar Industries with target of Rs 77 and stop loss of Rs 70. Post United Spirits deal with Diageo, entire sector has been re-rated. The stock was really up yesterday significantly by 7-8 percent and I believe that still there is potential for another 20-25 percent in the medium to long-term. Again it got lot of good brands under its kitty. Henceforth a valuation of Tilaknagar Industries is still cheaper to its comparables. It is a buy from medium to long-term.

Buy Reliance Communications with a target of Rs 72 and stop loss of Rs 66.5. It has been trying to rope a lot of players in the last couple of years to sell its Reliance Infratel which is its subsidiary arm. The valuations near about can be expected between a range of Rs 15000-20000 crore. This can help RComm to reduce its debt significantly and return to profitability going forward post reduction in interest rate.

Buy Pantaloon Retail with a target of Rs 210 and stop loss of Rs 190. FDI clearance in retail would be a big booster for the stock. It has shown some strength yesterday and I believe again on cheaper valuation this stock has huge potential going forward. If one can be patient enough the stock can give a return of 50% in one year. Therefore it is a buy for the long-term.

Disclosure: I don't have holdings in any stocks discussed but may have recommended them to clients.
