India Horizon Fund buys 52.20 lakh shares Religare Ent

On September 19, 2013 CB Green Ventures Pte Ltd bought 39,41,875 shares of Religare Enterprises at Rs 352 on the NSE and India Horizon Fund Limited bought 52,20,000 shares at Rs 352 on the NSE.
 
However, Malvinder Mohan Singh sold 60,41,875 shares at Rs 352 and Shivinder Mohan Singh sold 31,20,000 shares at Rs 352 on the NSE.

In the previous trading session, the share closed at Rs 347.65, down Rs 4.05, or 1.15 percent.

The share touched its 52-week high Rs 366 and 52-week low Rs 250.40 on 27 June, 2013 and 24 May, 2013, respectively.

The company's trailing 12-month (TTM) EPS was at Rs 0.36 per share. (Jun, 2013). The stock's price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio was 965.69. The latest book value of the company is Rs 143.94 per share. At current value, the price-to-book value of the company was 2.42.
