Felicity, a mobile game publisher specialising in publishing high-performing gaming titles, has announced an expansion to Singapore to strengthen its global footprint.
The new Singapore entity, Felicity Labs, will serve as the company's Southeast Asia (SEA) headquarters and focus on forthcoming acquisitions and operations in the region.
Felicity stated that through this entity, it aims to double its presence in the region through expanded studio partnerships and targeted growth initiatives.
The company stated that the new entity will also play a key role in increasing its regional user base to over 2 million, with a focus on high-growth markets such as Vietnam and Thailand.
Felicity plans to invest $1 million over the next 12 to 18 months in building a leadership team, expanding its talent pool, and deepening market penetration across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region, the company said.
"APAC is home to 1.5 billion gamers and a $70B market becoming one of the fastest growing regions globally. and we see this as a pivotal opportunity to build the future of gaming in the region" said Felicity founder Anurag Choudhary.
"This expansion with Singapore, will strengthen our ability to engage with local talent, partners, and communities in a region that has immense potential and is at the forefront of gaming innovation," he added.
This expansion comes months after Felicity raised $3 million in a seed funding round led by 3one4 Capital and participation from Singapore's T-Accelerate Capital and Japan's MIXI Global Investments, along with existing backers DeVC and Visceral Capital in March 2025.
The startup, which also counts Swiggy co-founders Sriharsha Majety and Nandan Reddy, Cred founder Kunal Shah, and Kratos Studios co-founder Manish Agarwal among its backers, has raised a total of $3.7 million funding until now.
Founded in 2023 by Choudhary, Felicity Games helps studios launch, optimise, and scale their games across the world through its artificial intelligence-powered publishing stack.
Specialising in hybrid-casual games, the company says this approach has enabled it to scale two titles to $3 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) within the past two years. Felicity’s overall portfolio includes 20 games. It currently has a presence in India, Turkey, and now Singapore.
