Snapchat has announced a new set of AI features that allows Snapchat+ members to generate images using AI.
Similar to popular image creators like DALL-E or Midjourney, users can now create images by tapping on the AI icon on the top right corner of the app, and describing what they want to see in the form of a text prompt. For example - a planet made out of cheese.

Besides image generation, the AI also allows users to edit older images, and 'extend' them, which will let you fix older, poorly cropped images by filling out the space using AI generation and increasing the size.

You can also generate fictional portraits with your friends. Simply look for the new "Dreams" option and pick a friend you want to appear in the photo with you. Paid subscribers get one pack of 8 selfies each month, free users are limited to just one pack as a free trial. You can buy extra packs for $0.99 per pack.
