Trident Realty launches premium independent floors in Panchkula, to invest Rs 700 cr

Each independent floor will be constructed on 360 sq yard and 545 sq yard plot area with a starting price of Rs 2.22 crore.

Real estate developer Trident Realty has launched premium independent floors, Windsong Residences in Panchkula, Haryana, with a potential revenue of Rs 1000 crore.

Located in the 200-acre township of Trident Hills, the company is planning to invest Rs 700 crore for the construction of 412 units of low-rise premium independent floors.

The development will have a stilt and four independent floors in the configuration of 4BHK. Each independent floor will be constructed on 360 sq yard and 545 sq yard plot area with a starting price of Rs 2.22 crore.

"We have seen significant response from buyers last year during our project launch, further strengthening our vision of creating an exceptionally designed integrated township in Panchkula," S K Narvar, Group Chairman, Trident Realty added.
