Realty firm Trehan Iris partners with Sarovar Hotels to launch hotel at Iris Broadway Mall in Gurugram

Delhi NCR-based real estate developer Trehan Iris has partnered with Sarovar Hotels to bring the Sarovar Portico brand to New Gurugram region, the realty firm said.

As part of the agreement, the property has been developed in collaboration with Trehan Iris. The hotel Iris Sarovar Portico is located at Iris Broadway Mall in Sector 85, Grugram.

This collaboration is backed by a projected investment of Rs 75 crore, with an anticipated revenue of Rs 10-12 crore, the company said on April 15. Iris Broadway Mall is seamlessly connected to IGI Airport via Dwarka Expressway, NH-48, and the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR). Spread over 2.8 acres, the mall is 100 percent leased.

Iris Sarovar Portico features 79 rooms and suites to meet the evolving needs of both business and leisure travellers.

The hotel also offers all-day dining restaurant named as 'Flavours' offering a spread of Indian, international, and regional cuisines. The hotel will also have a rooftop restaurant, 'Terrace Grill'.

The hotel's additional highlights include a rooftop swimming pool, a fitness centre, and versatile banqueting and conference facilities that can accommodate up to 120 guests.

Sarovar Hotels manages 140 hotels across 85 destinations in India.

New Gurugram, is an emerging residential and commercial hub strategically located near SPR, Dwarka Expressway and NH-48.
