Plotted development player House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) has announced a partnership with quick commerce player Zepto in order to bring land buying opportunities for potential customers within ten minutes of applying for it on the Zepto mobile application. HoABL and Zepto said in a release that the initiative is to make land purchases transparent, efficient, and convenient.
HoABL has plotted development projects in Goa, Alibaug, Ayodhya, Dapoli, and elsewhere, with a newly-launched project in Vrindavan as well. The company, owned by Abhinandan Lodha's firm Abhinandan Ventures, is setting up plotted developments in leisure and religious tourism hotspots, and has also planned to set up projects in Amritsar and Shimla, with other locations in the pipeline.
"With our own app and website already offering a convenient digital buying journey, this collaboration with Zepto widens our reach, making wealth creation through land investment even more easy and faster. We are very pleased that beginning the auspicious occasion of Janmashtami our customers can invest in land, with the click of a button anywhere in India, including our latest launch Vrindavan Global," said Saurabh Jain, chief marketing officer, HoABL.
HoABL and Zepto said in a release that users will be redirected to a dedicated page for HoABL's offerings, as part of the partnership, if thet type "land" into the search bar of the app. With some clicks, users will be able to access the inventory available for sale, initiate an inquiry, and also connect to a representative of HoABL to take sales forward. Buyers can pay a refundable token amount, with subsequent payments staggered.
