COWRKS, a premium workplace solutions provider owned by Brookfield Properties, has announced a one million square feet expansion plan across cities under its recently launched offering 'Enterprise Plus', a company statement said on August 7.
Enterprise Plus is COWRKS’ dedicated managed offices portfolio, delivering end-to-end design, build, and operational capabilities for enterprises and Global Capability Centres (GCC) in India.
Alok Aggarwal, Managing Director and CEO, Brookfield Properties said as a preferred partner for enterprises and GCCs, Enterprise Plus will address evolving needs of managed offices.

The company said this growth marks a new phase driven by rising demand from enterprise companies and GCCs for custom-built, fully managed workspace solutions.
Spanning across key metro markets including Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Chennai, and Hyderabad, these developments position Enterprise Plus as a key growth driver for COWRKS expansion, reinforcing its role in managed workspace space.
Each office is fully custom-built, with premium design, and hospitality-led services, the company said.
Located in Grade-A properties, these spaces feature expansive layouts, ample natural light, biophilic elements, and eco-conscious design, it added.
