Morgan Stanley Short Term Bond Fund announces change in load structure, with effect from October 01, 2013.

Morgan Stanley Mutual Fund has announced change in the load structure of Morgan Stanley Short Term Bond Fund, with effect from October 01, 2013.

Accordingly, the revised provisions will be:

Entry load: Not applicable

Exit load: 0.50% if redeemed on or before the expiry of 6 months from the date of allotment and nil if redeemed after the expiry of 6 months from the date of allotment.

Morgan Stanley Short Term Bond Fund, an open ended debt oriented scheme. The investment objective is to generate income from a diversified portfolio of short to medium term debt and money market securities.
