MSys Technologies acquires Noida-based engineering startup Grophers Lab

MSys said that the acquisition will help it scale up its offerings across industries such as fintech, healthcare, retail and e-commerce and logistics.

MSys Technologies, a company that provides digital transformation solutions to businesses, has acquired Gophers Lab, a Noida-based digital and fintech engineering startup.

“The acquisition of Gophers Lab by MSys Technologies marks a transformative milestone in digital transformation and positions the company to spearhead disruption in the AI-powered FinTech and API-driven economy,” the company said in a statement.

The integration, along with Gophers Lab's specialisation in fintech, Golang, and Google Cloud, empowers MSys Technologies to solve complex technology challenges and create next-generation AI-driven finTech and API ecosystems, it said.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed. Investment bank SA Global Advisors acted as the exclusive advisor to MSys Technologies.

MSys said the acquisition would help it scale up its offerings across industries such as fintech, healthcare, retail and e-commerce and logistics.
