Yatra Online Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Darpan Batra as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer, and Key Managerial Personnel, effective from the close of business hours on September 22, 2025.
The resignation was tendered vide his letter dated August 14, 2025, and a subsequent letter dated September 12, 2025. Mr. Batra is stepping down due to personal reasons and to pursue other growth opportunities outside the Company. The Company has accepted his resignation.
Yatra Online has placed on record its sincere appreciation for the remarkable contribution made by Mr. Batra during his tenure of about 14 years with the Company and wishes him the very best in his future endeavours.
