The company has complied with Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024.
The company has also provided details of invalid votes, with zero invalid votes from Promoter and Promoter Group, Public Institutions, and Public-Non Institutions categories.
The company has appointed Central Depository Services (India) Limited as the service provider for remote e-voting.
The dispatch of the Postal Ballot Notice by electronic mode was completed on August 19, 2025, and the remote e-voting period commenced on August 20, 2025, and ended on September 18, 2025.
