Tata Technologies Limited announced the allotment of 32,173 equity shares under its 'Tata Technologies Limited Share based Long Term Incentive Scheme 2022'. The allotment was approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee on September 9, 2025.
Consequent to the allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the company stands increased to ₹81,14,23,680, divided into 405711840 equity shares of ₹2 each.
The company had received in-principle approval for these shares from the National Stock Exchange of India Limited on May 22, 2024, and from BSE Limited on May 23, 2024.

The equity shares allotted shall rank pari-passu and are identical in all respect with the existing equity shares including payment of dividend and other rights.
